Our deal-routing process

We find companies with a live need, check both sides, then make the introduction.

01

Track the moments companies start buying

Public events that open a buying window. Each market has its own.

New fundingExpansionLeadership changeNew locationHiring spikeSupplier changeProduct launchMarket entry
02

Qualify both sides before anyone talks

We confirm the problem, the requirements and the fit, so neither side spends time on a conversation that goes nowhere.

The buyerReady to buy
  • Real need
  • Live timing
  • Decision-maker involved
  • Budget in place
  • A deadline
The supplierReady to deliver
  • Serves this kind of company
  • Proven results
  • Capacity right now
  • Clear commercial fit
03

Brief each side on the other

Before the introduction, both sides get a short note on who the other is, why it fits and why the timing is right. Nobody walks in cold.

Your brief
  1. Company size and market
  2. The problem and what it costs them
  3. What they need from a partner
  4. Budget and timing
Their brief
  1. Work you've done for similar companies
  2. Proof of similar results
  3. Why you fit this problem
  4. Your capacity right now
04

Make a warm introduction, then step back

While the need is live, both sides meet with full context. Terms, pricing and delivery stay between you and them.

Frequently asked questions

Before you book

01What makes an introduction qualified?

Both sides are checked before anyone is introduced. The buyer has a real need, the timing is live and the right person is involved. The supplier serves that kind of company, has the capacity and is a clear fit. If either side fails, the introduction doesn't happen.

02How do you find the buyers?

From public buying signals: funding, expansion, leadership changes, new locations, hiring spikes, supplier changes. Each lane has its own. They tell me who is choosing right now, not just who exists.

03Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same lane and market at the same time. Once you're in, the opportunities that match your box come to you, not to the company down the road.

04What happens after an introduction?

Both sides get a short brief on why the other fits and why the timing makes sense. After the introduction you speak directly. Terms, pricing and delivery stay between you and them.

05Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee the standard, not the close. Anything that doesn't match the brief you give me never reaches you, and if one clearly misses, I replace it. Whether a deal closes depends on your offer and your pricing.

06How does pricing work?

A fixed fee for a defined 60 to 90 day window, scoped to your market on the first conversation. Not commission, and not a charge per introduction, so there's no incentive to send you poor fits.

07Do we need a call to start?

Not always. If the fit is clear, we can agree scope over email. If there's more to work through, a 30 minute call is usually enough.

08Which markets do you work in?

Recruitment, AI, banking, wealth management, specialty coffee and corporate video. If you're adjacent to one of these, ask. I'll tell you straight whether I have flow in your lane.
